Corporate Real Estate Metrics and Impact
Programme Overview
This course is designed to give participants a deeper understanding of current Corporate Real Estate (CRE) practices and how new analytic techniques are used to influence the decisions that impact them. People, places, and processes are leveraged to create value within companies, yet decisions on how to influence and shape these decisions are often informed by metrics that do not account for them at the detriment to both the individual and organization at large. This course will focus on a philosophical understanding of current Corporate Real Estate practices, their impact to the largest organizational cost, the employee population, and the metrics that are used to create unrecognized ROI. Learning objectives include:
- Review of current CRE policies and future considerations.
- A review of current People Analytics practices and how they inform CRE decisions
- Advancing critical thought on how to evolve future CRE practices/policies with People Analytics and Business Intelligence methods.
